Roundhill Boarding Kennels Limited is a family run kennels which is based on the Staffordshire boarder with easy access to Burntwood, Hammerwich, Cannock and Lichfield. We are a small professional boarding kennels offering both day care and overnight boarding on our secure site with the personal care that your much loved pet deserves, with two big walks around our meadow fields and two play times in our undercover enclosed exercise area.
Our kennels are designed with your dogs comfort and health in mind.
None of our units face each other , this helps reduce stress of seeing other dogs which is perfect for dogs that do not like others.
With only 12 units we can provide your dogs with the quality time they deserve. With 1 quiet room , 8 standard units and 3 large / family rooms. All of our units exceed the minimum size requirements and to high standards.
Our full enrichment program gives your pet the simulation that all dogs need to help to keep your dogs mind active through out the day from auditory music and radio playing, tactile many pets respond positively to human touch petting and brushing , taste, mental stimulation by introducing novel toys during their stay with us helps to keep their minds active promoting investigation and self engagement, foraging stimulates their natural seeking sense, play with balls, snuffle mats, licky mats kong toys paddling pool and ball pool , social , olfactory to simulate their acute sense of smell during the day and physical our programme is designed to allow your pet to express and enjoy normal behaviour whilst with us.
We are able to buddy up your dog if this is something you would like and your dog is suitable. We carefully chose and introduce each dog slowly over a space of time , from a distance in the fields and slowly bring them together for walks and then proceed to playing together.
If your dog is not comfortable with other dogs this is not a problem and your dog will still have walks, play time and enrichment programme that all dogs deserve.

Opening hours
Our office hours Monday to Friday are 8am - 12 noon and 2pm - 6pm . Saturday - Sunday 9am - 12 noon and 2pm - 5pm
We are closed between 12-2pm for the dogs quiet times .
All pick up , drop off and viewings are via appointments only as we are located on a secured site.
How we charge;
All fees should be paid in either full or a 50% deposit (non-refundable) within 7 days of booking taking place or the booking will be automatically cancelled. Payment must be made in full 30 days on or before date of boarding.
Prices for Christmas day , boxing day and new years day are double

We charge per day (not per night) including the day of drop off and pick up.

The breed and age of your dog(s)
Your dog(s) must be fully up to date with vaccinations including kennel cough 2 weeks prior to boarding dates.
If we have availibity for the dates you require you will be invited to view our kennels.
For viewings if you are bringing your fully vaccinated dog with you please make sure to bring your vaccination card with you. without the vaccination your dog will not be able to enter.
A trial day care must be booked before overnight boarding dates.(new customers only)
A booking form will be send through to you via email which is to be sent back to us filled in either via email or post as soon as possible. Once we have received the booking form back to us we will then be in touch if your booking has been accepted a invoice will be sent Via email which you are able to pay through.
